Associate Category & Product development Manager Incontinence drainage

The role as associate category & product development manager incontinence drainage is to support the category director in driving the global category strategy across clusters and markets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of our products under the Mediq Own Brands. You will be responsible for identifying sales and gross margin improvements in your category across clusters. Furthermore, you define steering opportunities.
Your role will be to own and maintain the product hierarchy for incontinence drainage, which means introducing new SKU’s for the countries, and to lead SKU reduction. Additionally, you define good-better-best assortment strategy and advice countries on the optimal marketing mix.
The product development angle of the role adds to this responsibility in line with the medical device regulation (MDR) for which you will be fully supported by the QA/RA department.
