The e-Business department is continuously looking for Digital Talent to strengthen the existing team of 25 product owners , UX and customer journey specialists, business and data analysts, e-business and e-commerce specialists and marketeers. What are you going to do?

Within the e-Business team you are jointly responsible for the digital activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the UK. You take a leading role in developing improvements to our order portals for our customers. You will work closely with other colleagues, such as Digital IT, customer contact, sales, marketing and category management and of course our customers and partners, with the aim of realizing our Digital First strategy.

As a Digital Talent you provide input for the strategic plan for the domain for which you are responsible. You proactively advise and support the business and shape (new) digital solutions. For this you guide the definition, design, development and deployment. By taking the initiative in collecting customer and product information, you know flawlessly what is going on and, in consultation with your team, you put new developments on the backlog with the right priority .

What is your background?

You are a driven personality who likes to take responsibility and who wants to develop continuously. You show that you are strong in building and maintaining internal and external relationships and you have the persuasiveness to get people on board in the direction we want to take with our customer platforms, in which data and its quality play an increasingly important role in decision-making. You are a strong communicator, problem-solver and driven to meet deadlines. You get energy from solving complex issues and you are able to quickly translate a large amount of information into concrete improvement proposals.

Furthermore you have:

  • A completed HBO or scientific education.
  • An analytical and critical but hands-on mentality with which you get things done.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the development of digital customer solutions.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a digital environment.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a relevant digital role taking End-2-End responsibility in digital improvement processes.
  • Experience in working in teams consisting of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience with scrum & agile working methods
  • Knowledge and insight into new forms of communication and trends in the field of digital.
  • Speaking other European languages like German, Dutch or French is a pre.
  • An off the beaten track mentality and out-of-the-box thinking to arrive at innovative solutions.
  • Preferably experience within healthcare and End-2-End web development processes.
  • Willingness to travel (several customer visits per quarter).
Utrecht

De Meern

At our head office in De Meern (Utrecht), we lay the foundation for good service to our customers. From Utrecht we have contact with all customers, suppliers, but also the government and insurers. Every day thousands of customers are helped and informed from De Meern. With the large Customer Contact department, De Meern is the beating heart of our organization. De Meern is also the (international) headquarters of Mediq. In De Meern you will find Mediq's group management and international staff departments, including for example finance and IT. Finally, in De Meern you will find the management of the Mediq Netherlands organization and the Dutch staff departments such as finance, HR, communication and quality. The nice thing about working at De Meern is that you work at Mediq's head office, where everything comes together. You get to know about 500 different employees and all aspects of our business here.

e-Business & Innovation

The e-Business team, consisting of one e-Business manager and 25 professionals, is together with the digital IT team, responsible for all digital activities within the organization in the Netherlands and Belgium. This includes content management, analytics, web management of a range of web portals (B2C + B2B) and merchandising for the Healthcare market in the Netherlands and Belgium.
