Group Project Manager Supply Chain

Are you the driven Supply Chain Project Manager who plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion? Are you also analytical enough to think along and improve our supply chain? Would you like to participate in international projects? Then we are looking for you.

What are you going to do?

As a Group Project Manager Supply Chain you are responsible for project management of for Supply Chain projects internationally mainly in S&OP, replenishment and stock optimization. You are also responsible for identifying, initiating and defining supply chain projects that adds value to the Group across Europe.

As a spider in the web of the Supply Chain, you contribute to achieving Mediq's operational objective with regards to process optimization. Managing external strategic relationships with 3rd parties. Managing projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Optimizing processes, systems and organization to reach operational excellence.

What is your background?

You have completed university education in the Supply Chain direction and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Supply Chain, mainly in S&OP and or replenishment. If you have a lot of experience as a Supply Chain project manager, we also invite you to apply. You have a sense of urgency and deadline-oriented. You are operational and practical, you speak and write fluent Dutch and English, German is a pre.You have strong communication skills, a high drive and you enjoy getting the best results from existing and new relationships. Experience as project manager, including highly skilled in process optimization, stakeholder management and expectation management. You are also used to working with products that, due to the long Supply Chain, have a long lead time, whereby the market demands high product availability and an efficient stock takes an important element in the strategic objectives of the organization. You are also used to working in complex supply chain projects that transcend department. You are very familiar with formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. In your past experience you have managed external strategic relationships with 3rd parties.

De Meern is also the (international) headquarters of Mediq. In De Meern you will find Mediq's group management and international staff departments, including for example finance and IT. Finally, in De Meern you will find the management of the Mediq Netherlands organization and the Dutch staff departments such as finance, HR, communication and quality. The nice thing about working at De Meern is that you work at Mediq's head office, where everything comes together. You get to know about 500 different employees and all aspects of our business here.
