In social media aims to attract and retain as we position ourselves contemporary. In this role you will report to the HRBP of Mediq Germany Homecare as well as you’ll interact with Mediq’s CHRO.
Purpose of the assignment
Support Mediq’s employer branding development, initially, for Germany, pilot positioning in social media. Share experiences and support further (European) roll out.
1. Research & translate the Mediq brand to tangible employer brand drivers
Define a research strategy, work with local HR in Germany as well as interview current and potential employees in Germany on what matters when we position Mediq.
2. Propose a plan to pilot different employer branding initiatives
Using the company brand propositions well as your research, build a communications plan with different stakeholders, channels and subsequent messages. Strategic and operational development of the social media channels in consultation with the corresponding stakeholders. Creation of editorial and target group-oriented content in the field of online marketing
