Process Excellence Manager

• Own and develop the Business Process Framework and it’s governance
• Safeguard standards and quality of the process documentation
• Support and educate the business in the craft of Business Process Management
• Support the business in identifying & implementing improvement opportunities in the right priorities
• Participate in cross-functional projects in the role of process consultant
• Continuously connect People, Process and System

As a Process Excellence Manager it’s your responsibility to embed the capability of Business Process Management in the organization. In order to do that you will work closely with the BNL Transformation team and several project teams working on improvements in Mediq’s Service Delivery. Based on a E2E view you will optimize and streamline processes, while you support and educate the business responsible in documenting them conform the Process Convention.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Business Process Management, preferably in a healthcare related field
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Process Modeling Software, preferably ARIS
• Knowledge of Market to Cash, Record to Report and Supply Chain Processes
• Experience with modelling in BPMN
• Willingness to drive a change journey for a company who is currently immature on processes, while has identified this as a critical area to transformation
• Looking towards the future, affinity or experience with process-mining techniques is a pre
