Product Management Assistent

The Product Management Assistant works within the Group Category Management & Mediq own brands department at Mediq Medeco. He or she supports the Product development Managers in the field of new product developments, introductions and complaint handling.

What are you going to do?

You are the connecting factor in the team, where you offer support with new product developments and introductions. You provide a large amount of administrative and project-based support for these new products and process them in SAP ERP, among other things. In addition, you assess and process all product complaints and handle them, in close consultation with the Product Manager and QA/RA. And in addition, you draw up the monthly reports. You provide active support to Sales, Contract & Tender in the field of technical specifications and certificates for products. You provide communication tools, You provide communication materials, maintain the websites, prepare trade fairs and conferences. You fall hierarchically under the Head of MOB enabling functions.

What are you bringing?

You enjoy making a difference by creating an overview, structuring things well and coordinating between various departments. You are able to listen carefully to the wishes of the internal and external customer, weigh them against each other and come up with a proposal. You are interested in the products we carry, and you enjoy presenting them well. You are pragmatic, understand the importance of the customer and the importance of Medeco as a manufacturer. You work in a planned and structured way and you are proactive in your thinking (pre-thinking instead of thinking).

In addition, you have the following requirements:

- 2-3 years relevant work experience in product management and/or marketing

- Affinity with SAP ERP systems

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Strong communicator

- you are accurate, flexible and can switch quickly
