Project Manager Digital

Are you a project manager who knows how to achieve success in digital projects? Who is good at guiding teams, is familiar with Agile methodologies and finds it no problem to go into the content yourself? You quickly master a new function and help us to grow further with your input? Then you are the colleague we are looking for to realize new projects for our web portals and web shops for patients, prescribers and healthcare institutions.

What are you going to do?

You are part of an international team of fifty e-Business specialists, product owners, business analysts and UX and data specialists. We work hard on innovative solutions, keep each other sharp and continuously interact with end users, partners and internal departments such as IT, sales, customer contact, category management, marketing and communication.

A selection of your activities:

  • Monitoring and adjusting process, progress and quality in your projects.
  • Proactive thinking along with customers and technical teams about the best solutions for today and tomorrow.
  • Functionally and technically understand specifications for digital products and advise internal stakeholders on this.
  • Composing and managing project teams with members from different departments and external parties.
  • Ensuring connection, coordination and communication with end users, partners and internal stakeholders.

What are you bringing?

  • You preferably have an BSc+ background and several years of project management experience in digital environments
  • You have a problem solving and technical attitude, and know how to involve people and get them into action mode
  • You can make the translation between customer feedback, customer wishes, project scope and timelines and you know how to convince and bind internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have thorough knowledge of IT systems, such as: e-commerce, ERP, PIM and integrations between these systems.
  • You are practical, stress-resistant and you work in a structured way. You write and speak Dutch and English flawlessly.


At our head office in the Meern, we lay the foundation for good service to our customers. From De Meern we have contact with all customers, suppliers, but also the government and insurers. Every day thousands of customers are helped and informed from De Meern. With the large Customer Contact department, De Meern is the beating heart of our organization. De Meern is also the (international) headquarters of Mediq. In De Meern you will find Mediq's group management and international staff departments, including for example finance and IT. Finally, in De Meern you will find the management of the Mediq Netherlands organization and the Dutch staff departments such as finance, HR, communication and quality. The nice thing about working at De Meern is that you work at Mediq's head office, where everything comes together. You get to know about 500 different employees and all aspects of our business here.

e-Business & Innovation

The e-Business team, consisting of one e-Business manager and 25 professionals, is together with the digital IT team, responsible for all digital activities within the organization in the Netherlands and Belgium. This includes content management, analytics, web management of a range of web portals (B2C + B2B) and merchandising for the Healthcare market in the Netherlands and Belgium.
