Technical Web Analyst

What will you do?

As a Data-Driven Technical Web Analyst, you will be responsible for driving insights and making data-driven decisions to optimize our websites' performance. The ideal candidate will have experience using Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and be passionate about utilizing data to inform business strategies.

You’ll work in a challenging and changing environment where healthcare, digitalization, and innovation are combined. You’ll have a vital role within the digital team where you are responsible for tracking, reporting and providing advice on our ecommerce performance. Your advice would lead to a visible contribution to the revenue goals.

Furthermore:

  • You are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all things web tracking and reporting

  • Translate business questions to requirements, analysis steps & outcomes

  • You take responsibility for data quality within our portals, including Google Analytics, GTM,Hotjar, (Server side) Google Tag Manager

  • Youll manage tracking implementation projects, create measurement plansand provide documentation

  • You help the internal business to make data-driven decisions by providing dashboards / visualization for e-com KPIs (revenue, conversion, NPS)on our portals

  • Support data analyst in analyzing online behavior,validate hypothesis, perform A/B tests

  • You inform our stakeholders about new features and tools in our data landscape

What is your background?

Your colleagues describe you as analytical, customerfocused, innovative, empathetic, pragmatic, and an entrepreneurial connector. You have a knack for data. You enjoy diving into numbers with an eye for detail, searching for valuable insights for your team and stakeholders.

  • Minimumuniversity/HBO work and thinking level and at least 3 years of relevant experience as a (technical) web analyst, experience working in a commercial organization

  • 3+ years as a specialist in Technical Web Analytics

  • Have a data-driven mindset, and an outcome over output way of thinking

  • Demonstrable experience in translating data into clear reports and presentations

  • You will know the ins and outs of Google Tag Manager and have experience in implementation projects for tracking and measurement

  • Must have experience with Tag Management systems making you familiar with data layers, triggers/load rules and configuring tags with tools such as Google Tag Manager (dataLayer object),Google Analytics, Looker andHotjar. Experience with “Server Side Tagging” is a plus

  • You know how to draw up requirements for new tag implementations

  • You get your energy from having your colleagues be able to make the right decisions based on clean and solid data that you provide them with.

  • You can clearly explain or simplify technically complex matters to help your stakeholders understand and utilizedata to make better decisions

  • You are up-to-date on developments in this field

  • You are fluent in the English language, both verbally and in writing

  • You are inquisitive and always eager for personal development
